True Pace Racing League (TPRL) Legal Disclaimer and general Policies

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials related to True Pace Racing League (TPRL) are the exclusive property of TPRL and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, media, race footage, written content, and digital assets.

Drivers and teams are prohibited from using copyrighted or trademarked materials from other companies in any TPRL-related materials without explicit authorization from the respective rights holders. This includes, but is not limited to, driver or team photos, liveries, promotional graphics, and any media distributed through TPRL channels. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in removal from the league and potential legal action from the rights holders.

Liability Waiver

Participation in TPRL events is voluntary, and all participants acknowledge that TPRL, its owners, affiliates, and administrators bear no responsibility for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from league participation. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware or software failures, financial losses, or conflicts between participants.

TPRL assumes no liability for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any disruptions impacting race performance. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own equipment and network stability.

Conduct and Fair Play

All participants are expected to compete in a fair and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of cheating, exploitation of game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the league at TPRL’s discretion.

Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated within TPRL’s community, including in race sessions, communications, and online interactions. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent expulsion from the league.

Use of TPRL Content and Media

By participating in TPRL, drivers and teams grant TPRL the right to use their names, team branding, race performances, and related content in promotional materials, broadcasts, and social media. TPRL reserves the right to publish race footage, standings, and event highlights for public viewing.

Any attempt to misrepresent, manipulate, or alter official TPRL content for misleading purposes is strictly prohibited.

Data Privacy

TPRL may collect and store limited personal information necessary for league operations, such as driver names, team affiliations, and race results. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of TPRL operations. Participants acknowledge that their names and race performances may be publicly displayed as part of official league coverage.

Broadcast Rights

All race footage, commentary, and related media produced under TPRL events remain the property of TPRL. Participants may stream their own race perspectives but may not redistribute official TPRL broadcasts without prior consent. Unauthorized commercial use of TPRL footage or branding is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to race results, participant conduct, or league policies should be submitted to TPRL administrators for review. TPRL reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes, and participants agree to abide by the league’s ruling. Persistent failure to accept league decisions may result in removal from TPRL.

Final Authority

TPRL administrators reserve the right to interpret and enforce these policies as necessary. Policy updates may be made at any time, and continued participation in TPRL constitutes agreement to abide by the most current version of these terms.
